THE ESTABLISHMENT SALON POLICIES SHOPPING BAGS To help protect the environment, we charge $.50 per plastic or paper bag and
$1 for the XL jumbo paper bag. Monthly proceeds from the bags will be donated to the Alliance For The Great Lakes.
So, BYOB (Bag, Not Beer) GRATUITIES Tipping is left to the discretion of each client
and can be given as cash directly to the stylist or added onto a credit card or check. METHOD OF
PAYMENT We accept Discover, American Express, Visa, Master Card and Cash or Personal Checks. No cash
refunds for Credit Card or Check Payments. CANCELLATION POLICY Should a cancellation or
date change be necessary we request a 24 hr notice. Rescheduling an appointment cancelled inside of 24 hrs will require
a credit card and a full fee will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and appointments missed without a minimum
of 24 hr notice again. ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive on time to ensure
you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively
